Can Am 800 squeak in rear suspension

I was tracking down a noise in the RH rear suspesion of my 07 Bomb 800 tonite. I found a broken torsion bar anchor bracket on the Rt. trailing arm. I'll fix it myself; don't wanna wait a week for the "experts" to fix it under warranty. The parts will be around $30, hardly worth the hassle of taking her in under warranty. My thought is that the torsion bar was not properly set up(improper torque) at the factory. I have 400 miles on it.
