Ive got a 07 700. have had 3 map sensors and 2 new wiring harness put on. EVERYTIME I even go thru a little water, the plugs fill with water and the map sensor wires, which shorts the map sensor out. It has extended warrenty and my Polaris dealer even suggested selling it and going with ANOTHER brand of ATV. Was wondering if anyone else is having these related problems.Polaris has been absolutly no help resolving this problem.

tmbrjack, not sure if you have tried this or not, but you may want to fill all the connectors with dielectric grease. It's made specifically for electrical connections, and will help seal out the water.

I think your Polaris dealer is trying to tell you something...

....."have had 3 map sensors and 2 new wiring harness put on"
Wow, how long you been having these problems? I remember some were having problems with the orange wire rubbing somewhere, but the new wiring harness (x2) should of at least fixed the problem for a while!
